Excellent service

I'm really happy with the service. Delivery was quick. Prices are great.

I got the wrong item sent to me. I shot an email but got no response, so I called them up. They assured me I’d get the right product along with an email to confirm it. Still waiting on that email, and as of now, the correct item hasn’t shown up. Maybe it’s just a bit too soon, and I’m hoping it’s on its way… Not feeling super confident based on what’s happened so far. AND LATER… my earlier review was noticed, and I got an apology for the missing email and confirmation that the right item was on its way. Now it’s finally here! Kudos to LaPara for turning things around.

I’ve been waiting a whole week for my order, and I’m still in the dark.

Update: I received my order, but one item was missing. Plus, another one looks different from what I usually get. Maybe it was kept in a hot magazine or something?

I’m not too sure, but I usually order this brand from France, and even the label looks different here.

It took forever to receive my item, and I think I deserve a refund for the shipping cost given how long I had to wait.

Awesome price, but man, it took forever to ship and they didn’t respond to my emails. Service matters just as much as the cost, and they really dropped the ball on that. I'm still waiting for my order. I placed it on September 23rd, and here we are on October 4th. Update: they finally refunded me, so I added an extra star. Still, it took them a week to ship it, and their replies were super slow. But hey, it’s not entirely their fault; the post office seems to have misplaced it.

I'm really thrilled with my buy. The delivery was fast and I could track it easily. My order arrived nicely packed, and I even received a few samples.

Delivery took too long. I knocked off a star since it took nine days from when I ordered to when I finally got my stuff.

Honestly, I'm quite impressed so far. I've been using it daily, sometimes even twice if I can recall. It has a really luxurious feel that boosts my confidence in the product, and now that it's day 5, I can see a noticeable difference. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
